CASA VERO offers a variety of Services to the home owner.

~ OPTION ONE:

 A walk through verbal assessment of the property which the homeowner can use as a guide for general upgrades and suggestions for the ever popular “DECLUTTERING”! Basically this is where the homeowner can begin to understand exactly what a buyer might see and why some things will need to change!
This service is $175.

~ OPTION TWO:  

Next is the same walk through with the addition of lots of note taking by yours truly followed by a multiple page written report which will provide in detail what the homeowner can do himself to prepare the property for the market. It means WORK no doubt!  Again, it’s all about what the buyer will perceive.

This service  is $275.


~ OPTION THREE:

Redesign of the home using the owners furnishings . This can be as simple as re-arranging the furniture placement and adding a few new accessories and bedding. It can also be much more involved depending on how much “stuff” may need to be removed or replaced.  The cost of this service can vary obviously depending on the time involved, and if there is any shopping to be done. I suggest starting with half a day of work to see what we can get done. Of course this service is also helpful even if you aren’t preparing to sell but just don’t know why certain spaces aren’t functioning as you’d like and what can you do with aunt Helen’s outdated dining set?  Which brings me to mention, that if you are planning to move, it can be a good idea to rent a storage space for the things you plan to keep but will not need while the house is on the market. 

This service begins at $350.



~OPTION FOUR~

Staging of a vacant property to sell. This can be “All the bells and whistles” with furnishing every room or it can involve decorating the “important” rooms only like the living room, dining room, master bedroom and bath and accessorizing the kitchen.  Rental of some items is usually required such as the upholstered pieces for the living room and any case pieces or dining sets. The rental fees are paid by the homeowner and will usually average from $500 to $800 for a three month period.
Fees for the stager’s inventory and time are billed separately.  The cost of the staging service and use of the CASA VERO inventory may range from $900 to $3,200  or more., based on inventory used and that good old commodity TIME!..

All negotiable of course based on the needs and budget of the homeowner.
